Armchair:

The set includes a Sleeper Sofa and an Armchair.
The dimensions of furniture may differ in reality up to 2%. Due to monitor differences actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online.

Standard Shipping ( 5-12 business days )

  • Shipping fee for items over 120 lbs is $250 and it will be added automatically at checkout.
  • We do only Curbside Delivery (Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.)
  • Please include a daytime phone number with every order. Our carriers will make every attempt possible to accommodate customer requests for delivery dates and times, but reserve the right to refuse specific days of the week based on availability and routing.
  • We ship to contiguous United States ( not including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once items have left our warehouse. In stock orders which are cancelled 12 hours past the time of placement are subject to a 5% transaction fee.  If an order has already left the warehouse, cancellation is subject to any cost of original and reverse logistics.
  • All items must be inspected at time of delivery. Any damages must be reported at time of delivery and refused in order to process any return request.

  • Prices may vary depending on chosen upholstery and full payment is required for custom orders. 
  • Once custom order has been submitted a cancellation request whilst an order is in production would result in only 50% of the amount paid being refundable. 
  • The custom order lead time is an all encompassing 12 - 20 weeks.
  • Once a custom order has been submitted there are no guarantees that they are able to be modified. Charges may apply to approve any production modifications.
  • Custom orders are not able to be returned or refunded based on buyer’s remorse.
